Professor Spencer has 34 years of teaching experience in two master's degree programs for California State University (CSULB and CSUDH). He has helped over 1,500 students graduate and taught the Research Methods and Directed Research theses classes for years. Now his energy focuses on the workshop and increasing university master's degree graduation rates. You're in expert hands.
Tanya has one master's degree, wrote a thesis, and just completed her second master's degree at the University of Hawaii. She has mentored over 70 workshop graduate students in the past 3 years—who have all graduated—while attending the university herself! Tanya and Robert work together to help you cross the finish line. In their downtime, you can find them going for walks or at the beach with their two daughters and Siberian Husky Hunter.
Meet Gather LXP Designer
Katrina has an Associate of Science degree in Digital Media Productions from Leeward Community College in Hawaii. She is currently a double major in Creative Media at the University of Hawaii. Her passion is creating original anime and video game development.

Workshop Ambassadors
Ambassadors are graduated workshop students who help other workshop students complete their thesis. They participate in the Monday through Friday training in the Workshop Metaverse. You can also visit them at their table on "The Hub" (center area). They can answer questions to help you complete your thesis.
